We confirm booking upon receipt of rentals vide Bank Transfer.
Valid Government photo ID proof of all guests will be requested upon booking.
Standard tariff - Rs.10,500/- per night
Seasonal tariff : applicable for the below mentioned dates
- 9th October to 13th October 2024 - Rs. 11000/- per night
- 28th October to 3rd November 2024 - Rs. 11000/- per night
- 18th Dec to 1st January 2025 - Rs.12500/- per night
The above rate includes only accommodation for upto 6 adults and upto 2 children below the age of 5 years (if sharing bed with parents)
- Additional charges will be applicable if any cooking is done at the villa - please contact us to know more.
- Additional guest can be accommodated @ Rs.1000/- per head per day inclusive of sleeping mattress, pillow and blanket(subject to prior confirmation and payment)

* For any other commercial purposes prior approval will be required and additional charges will apply.
** Please note carrying / usage of hookah or any illegal substance and any illegal activities are not permitted in the villa.
Cancellation policy: The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged total price if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days before arrival. The total price of the reservation will be non refundable in case of no show.
